UPDATE August 2021: The RTF program is currently closed to intake until further notice due to lack of space and surgery appointment availability. However, we are accepting sick, injured, pregnant, and motherless neonate cats/kittens at the admission door. We appreciate your patience at this time will update this page as we open up for intake.
As of February 1, 2021, our RTF program is open with the following requirements:
- Up to two cats per person, per week
- Drop off days/times are Sunday, Monday and Tuesday between the hours of 10:30am and 4:00pm at the intake door (left of adoption doors)
- Pick up dates are generally the day after surgery, please check with staff
- Cats must be from the unincorporated Sacramento County

Alternatively, Animal Outreach may have availability at 530-642-2287 for spay/neuter appointments at their facility in Diamond Springs, as well as our friends next door at the Community Spay and Neuter (CSN).
